The meaning behind it?

This BELIEF has help me through a lot in my life - through many personal struggle, break ups, gym moments, conflict, self doubt, self sabotaging, communication issue…etc
Every time I go through a challenge, I’d repeat this quote like a mantra to fire myself up
Because to me: it signifies the inner Strength I know I have, the FIRE within that ALL of us have to keep burning no matter what the External world throws

And so in 2020, when Covid hit the World
I experienced a close friend’s Mother, who almost lost her battle with Covid 🦠
Because of her Health, she had already suffered from Type 2 Diabetes, and when covid hit her, it was a do or die situation. I saw how much damage this did to my friend and his family
They were very lucky, because they had first aid support
But in reality, there were many others who didn’t have this luck
And to be Honest with you, I felt extremely powerless at that time - and it sparked something in me. I knew I had to do something different, but I have no idea what I was gonna do until I got my hands dirty, and I did
And that’s how Panas Meal is born 🔥
@PanasMeal was born, as cliche as it sounds, out of Passion
The mission to SUPPORT people’s Love for Food in Malaysia in a Unique way
Why Food?
Because Malaysia 🇲🇾 is filled with “Happy Food”
Food that we all enjoy, but at the cost of our health
I want @PanasMeal to be a place where you can enjoy FOOD without the expense of losing your health, in-fact, better it

🧬 Unfortunately, like mama, she has elevated risk of developing type 2 diabetes compared to general population.
🧬 Inherited from daddy & mama, higher sensitivity to dust mite. So glad we make the choice of getting air purifier & laundry system with dust mite remover function.😍

Refined sugar is one of the worst ingredient increasing risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, liver disease and some type of cancers and also surprisingly linked to depression. Unfortunately you don’t only find it in sweet products but also in most of processed food.

I’m myself a sweet tooth, i would chose desserts over anything.. lava cake, cinnamon rolls, caramel ice-cream, tiramisu, apple pie... 🤯🤤 but a healthy diet as everything, should be well balanced. Be good to yourself and be aware of what you are consuming 👍🏼

PROBLEM: Skipping breakfast is strongly correlated with weight gain. "Start your day off right," right? Still, young people eat nearly half of their daily calories between 4 p.m. and midnight. So, eat breakfast, but what's best?
MEDICAL RESEARCH: An experiment out of the University of Missouri involved overweight or obese females, aged 18 to 20, who identified as infrequent breakfast eaters. Each morning for a week, the researchers had the participants eat either 350 calories of cereal (13 grams of protein), 350 calories of eggs and beef (35 grams of protein), or skip breakfast entirely.
RESULT: Eating any breakfast was associated with increased feelings of fullness, a reduced desire to eat, and lower levels of ghrelin (a hunger-stimulating hormone) throughout the morning. But meaty, eggy breakfast was associated with these benefits over the course of the entire day. Participants who had a lot of protein in the morning also had reductions in their "cravings-related" brain activity, and increased levels of a hormone associated with satiety. They snacked less on fatty foods in the evening, as compared to those who ate cereal or nothing.
CONCLUSION: This makes a pretty good MEDICAL PROOF that we should take a high-protein breakfast

Our brain is structured to find happiness at every level. Happiness as the state of fulfillment, and everyone wants to be fulfilled. If you keep your eye on this, your most basic motivation, then the choices you make come down to a single question: “What am I hungry for?” Your true desire will lead you in the right direction. False desires lead in the wrong direction. You can take a simple test to prove this to yourself: The next time you go to the refrigerator for something to eat, stop for a second. What’s making you reach for food? There are only two answers:
You’re hungry and need to eat.
You’re trying to fill a hole, and food has become the quickest way to do that.
If you have a hole (unhappiness or dissatisfaction) in your mind (may be deep seated in your subconscious mind), you will subconsciously or consciously look for happiness. And, guess what will you be looking for? It’s food definitely.
